I have to say that again... MY BABIES ARE 5! Wow! On October 12th, my little babies turned 5 and I think officially I can no longer call them "babies" (although I tell them daily that even when they are 85, they will still be MY babies!). To continue our bowling birthday tradition, we took the girls... bowling.

STRIKE!

Please... please...
I love bowling!
And, Katie WINS!
She beat Daddy by 2 pins (Happy Birthday, Katie -- you'll understand when you're older what a gift that was from your Daddy -- he's VERY competitive!).
Happy Bowling Birthday!
Our little birthday princesses...
We're 5!
PS: These are the cupcakes I made for the girls' class and in case you didn't know, they are in SEPARATE classes this year. That means 36 cupcakes in total. Not to mention the ingredient rules -- I had to make vegan cupcakes (which actually wasn't that difficult, but still!), but then I'm the dummy that decides to decorate them like kitty cats (vs sprinkling powered sugar on top) -- candy corn ears, jelly bean eyes and nose, and liquorices whiskers. Did you know you liquorices just doesn't rip apart? You have to actually CUT it into strips. Lesson learned: start cupcakes earlier in the day so you don't have to stay up till midnight decorating them!

Happy 5th Birthday Girls! We love you! :)
