A big treat this year at St. George is that the 3rd graders get to be part of the All Saints Day Celebration. Katie was chosen to be Saint Rose of Lima and Ella was chosen to be Saint Joan of Arc. The children learn about the Saint and make a costume and then during the mass, they get to represent the Saint in a processional honoring the Saints.

Special Note: MOMMY MADE THESE COSTUMES! Yes, thanks to a few Catholic kid websites, YouTube, and all those years watching MY mom sew, I was able to make a basic tunic for each kid, which we then accessorized with a few things from the Dollar Tree and the craft store. I'm quite proud of myself! lol!
